Yes as most of you know, I left after 16 years. was not geting the respect I deserved. well the fucking pricks are now threatning to fucking sue me. here is what I have to say.

FUCK YOU and I know that you have been monotoring my blogs and "other" places I hang out on the web. Fuck you and your stupid fire wall that keept track of it.

All your actions just make me even happier that I left.

If you sign a non-compete when you left, they may have a case against you if you went to work for a competitor. Gotta read those forms they make you sign while they hold your last paycheck ransome :lol: When i left an employeer a long time ago, i had to sign a non-compete that i wouldn't work in any financial sector for at least 1 year. That way everything i knew that could potentially share about my previous employeers actions would be out dated . Hope it all works out ok for you.

It is pretty much what you signed Tank. They think they can play halo, because they mentioned something about the "convenants" :) 12 months no workie for competitor or suplier or customer, is the one they are trying to get me for. But the lawyer said that they don't have a chance. It is just anoying to keep on receiving leters.

Non-compete agreements never hold up in court. Judges have this thing about companies reducing a person's ability to earn a living after departure, especially more so in this lagging economy.

That is bullshit. Fuck any system of law that allows a company to infringe on an individual's right to gainful employment.
