COD Ghosts has elimated deathstreaks.  That's a sad thing as I was really really good at deathstreaks.  It was a streak I excelled at, and was a stat in which I usually led.  The job of a meatshield is rough, and I was ready to take on this role with a high level of consistancy.  Sadly, it is gone.  The badge of honor which I adorned for all to see will have to be replaced.  What will "derps" have now?  Most reloads?  Highest disconnects?  Loudest RAGE!!??  I must find my niche.

What is wrong with the peeps at Cyanide and Happiness?  I must admit I had to watch it twice and I lol'd at the dad.

I played so much Plants vs. Zombies.  In fact, for a period of time that game was being played on not 1, not 2, but 4 different devices in my house at the same time!  I always thought that PvZ was a special game.  It's the kind of game that grabbed both adults and kids.  

PvZ2 is out for iOS.  I haven't played it yet, but hope to soon.   While I thought the iPad version of PvZ was pretty good, and it's an ideal game for that type of interaction, I always preferred the PC version.    I hope it releases on pc sooner rather than later.  Are you looking forward to PvZ2?

I must admit my interest in Blacklight Retribution was quite tame. I knew very little about it, even less about the developers. But that has definitely changed after watching this PS4 mp vid. I particularly like what the developers have to say about Sony and the support they are receiving. Looking forward to some wicked matches!

Hey all!  I've never really used the blog section to much, and I just felt like giving an update about some things.  I've not really been gaming to much lately except some WoW on occassion, and some SWTOR.  I've really been spending a lot of time drumming.  The band I play in is really busy this summer.  We've been doing a lot of weddings, and graduation parties.  Have you ever taken an extended vacation from gaming for other interests?  This is quite new for me.  Gaming has been such a core activity for me since I was like 8 years old.
