Congrats to everyone who participate. The next season will see some new additions (Like Street Fighter 2) as well as some upgrades to the current ladder system. The biggest change will be how the point system works.
Since most people had an issue with teams even accepting challenges, we have designed a penalty system to keep the ladders moving. Teams will have 4 days to accept or decline a challenge. If they wait to long, the time expires and they will be either deducted 1 point, or the challenging team will be given a bonus point. This should really help with the slackers out there.
Also, if you decline any challenge, the challenger will be given a bonus point for the decline. This was added so that teams would all get a fair shot on the ladder. The rule still applies that you can not challenge the same team 3 times in a row. If you are caught doing this, you will be penalized 10 points. Points per win have also increased to 5 points. Losses will be -3 and a draw will payout 2 points for both sides. I'll see you all next season! Good luck
