. . . . . you google one of the favorite toys from your childhood and the search brings it back as “vintage” or “classic”.  Damn.


 The recent Gi Joe movie trailer started me on a walk down “toys of my youth” memory lane. The first and most obvious brain cell jolt was GI Joe’s Sea Wolf submersible submarine, followed quickly by the Evel Knievel Scramble Van.  I mentioned both to my wife who quickly glazed over with that "I married a fucking dork" look.  Oh well.

Thank God I was born in the late 70's and really don't recall many of those fashions. I don't recal wearing anything plaid, but I do remember my zip-up Winnie the Poo footed PJ's. I'd love to have a set of those today. :)
