Yep, I bought a 360 with the red ring of lights on eBay for 31.00! Score! :)

Well, really, its so I can steal that nic card and make my living xbox 360 networkable again (and can actually game online someday).

SICK! I have to see if i can find one manufactured before jan06 taht's busted on ebay now too so i can get it warranty fixed once the year rolls over.

I think once a person buys it, and sells it off warrenties are gone.

Yeah, you need proof of purchase, you need a receipt.

Scratch that, I don't think receipts are tied to a serial number. SOOO you could use your receipt if you still have it.
