What the heck!
I spent the afternoon fixing the parts system. The kid they got working on my days off can't add. How the heck is this possible?
He recieved 2 parts on one invoice where the total of the 2 was $540. He recieved them for $540 each totaling 1080. The total on the invoice was around $900. It was a 10 line item invoice! What the heck are you smoking?
A 15bay shop uses alot of parts in a week. Creates alot of service tickets too! Looks like we go another week behind on invoicing completed service tickets to fix things that were not done right to begin with.

I read somewhere this quote but I forgot where I had seen it. If you don't have the time to do things correctly the first time, then when will you ever find the time to do them a second?
Does anyone know?
I am really frustrated.
