TV Season is over for me

So it looks like tonight brings the last of the SHOCKING, EXCITING, DID I MENTION SHOCKING episodes and last stops of the season of all the "good" shows for me.  Now I know that we all have different tastes in what is "good" as far as shows.  My only shows I watch are Desperate Housewives, 24, and LOST.  (I will get the seasons for Greys Anatomy on DVD- it was just always on past my bedtime so I never got into it.)
It's a sad time of year when the good shows are done and won't come back until the late fall... or in the case of 24.. January 2008.  I mean, that's 7+ months from now!?!? The LOST finale tonight looks amazing, and I've heard from a number of sources it is going to be SHOCKING!  I hope so- when I watch a tv show for 2 hours straight- putting myself through the commercial breaks because I want to watch it LIVE because it's the finale- it better be good! View Image  Too bad football doesn't start earlier- so I at least had SOMETHING to look forward to on the boob tube!  I know this is when some new shows pilot and either take off or fall on their butts... but I haven't seen one preview that even sparks my interest.
So, soon I will be able to get back to my overly-addicted-to-HALO life.  I will be watching the folks that are LOST tonight, but soon will be bored with the television once again.  Good thing Jonny and I have our Elites to keep us company!

Flapjaxx, the only worth watching on TV these days is \"My name is Earl\". It's amazing how Hollywood has managed to create a character that is so much like my oldest brother. Football!? somebody shoot me.

@YEM yes- FINALLY. We both got Elites, but now that we're out of $$ I don't want to spend another 4 bucks for the new maps on each of the new systems...again. So it'll still be Halo on the 180! :)

I can't wait for football season!! \r And the pilot for the caveman show (that probably won't make it) But I love those rascals from the Geico commercials.

Flap, let me know how Lost ends. I used to get into it...but lately I have lost patience with the flashbacks...it just seems that nothing ever happens....\r \r I didn't know you liked 24...Jack Bauer for president I say! He is awesome! He is like the closest thing Hollywood has to the Master Chief :).
