The Kari Byron show ... I mean Mythbusters
I just don't understand us guys. What is it about watching things get blown up, cars jumping or flipping, fire, bullets, Lamborghinis beating speed traps,ballistics gel mock ups with eyepatches and casts of a chick's perfect ass that make a great TV show? Is it that these guys are the modern day versions of Mr. Wizard, but not restricted by Nickelodeon's ratings?
I knew that after I saw the first episode of Mythbusters that I would be adding this to my Tivo season pass list and soon after I would end up "Buh-dooping" (that's the term me and my wife use for the sound the Tivo makes when we fast forward through crap) through the re-runs for years to come. I love this show. I have enjoyed watching every episode and it's funny to see that the show has went through this complete change in staff since its inception.
You have the originals Adam and Jamie, but it looks like they were trying to find a balance between Dirty - Adam, Jack of all trades - Jamie, Ultra Nerd But Mechanically Enclined - Grant, Smart Cool Guy - Torre, and Sexy Braniac - Kari.
Out of all of the past Interns Scotty was cool as shit, but what happened? Her Tatoos were cool , but dammit she just seemed like one bad as Chude - that's my word for a chick that reminds me of a dude.
It was only a matter of time before they would all be famous, but dammit if Kari gets here own spinoff in any way of this show it will be a sellout and the show will lose its cult flavor and die off.
Keep it real guys. If you do, people like me and millions of others will always watch your show.
