Well here goes nothing. . .my first blog post.


I have to start by saying that 2old2play has totally changed my outlook on online gaming and the experience here has been terrific.  I really couldn't ask for a better group of people to be involved with and I now look forward to getting online and gaming.  I didn't play much online with my original xbox (yes, that means I did not play a lot of Halo 2 online) mainly because of the people I encountered when I did try.  When I got my 360 I vowed to find a way to utilize the online multiplayer that is a part of so many of the games.  I searched the net for a group of like minded, same age range people and luckily I found this site. 


Enough of the disclaimer.


My gamertag is CottonKing and it comes from me being a farmer here in the Central Valley of California.  Yes cotton is grown here (it is actually some of the highest quality cotton grown in the world).  We also grow alfalfa, grains, tomatoes, corn, melons and more.  My family has been farming here for more than 150 years.  My great-great-great grandfather came over from Germany with nothing to his name and was able to live out the American Dream and become succesful.  I work hard with my uncle to continue the family tradition and I really enjoy it a lot. 


I am going to share my favorite recipe for baby back ribs with you.  It includes a recipe for some good homemade BBQ sauce.  Spring will be here eventually and hopefully you can use it.

Hey CottonKing, its been a pleasure to play with you. Don't be fooled by those 202p west guys, they aren't as cool as you Art of War clanmates! Just joking, most everybody is cool at 2o2p. You can join as many clans as you want dude. So fill up your friends list, especially with people on the west coast. I think most Art of War guys are on or close to the East :( \r \r Good Blog
