Hey, management is tough! I had to ride around and take pictures . . .and then my finger started to hurt. Actually, I do get on a tractor every once and a while, but as time has gone on I have less and less time for it. It is nice to be able to get out of the office and tear things up with a tractor when you need to blow off steam.\r \r @ keelanos: I don't know why the decorations started, but some crews like to do it. These are hired contract pickers, so they are not my guys. \r \r
