Signs of a Hostile Work Environment
I was off sick for a week, so I came in to worktoday expecting to be behind in the gossip, maybe a little behind in my work, but the one thing I didn't expect to see was walking into the men's room and having to walk around 2 men in their underwear giving themselves sponge baths in the sinks....soap and shampoo all over the place.... I think the worst part of it was that it rreally didn't surprise me.....yeah it disgusted me, but the fact that it wasn't something I considdered outside of the norm makes it even worse. I am seriously debating requesting a transfer to another building.

Do they maybe bicycle to work? The place I worked where we had a lot of cyclers, they installed a shower. But if your facility doesn't have a shower, I could see sink bathing needed. I think i'd rather be grossed out seeing grown men bathing in the sink for the 5 minutes i'm in there than sitting next one one smelling of BO all day long.
I did a little research into the 2 people involved, I was simply told that neither of them are "right in the head". and both live in an apartment less than a block away. (also the office has a shower that is open fo the employees if needed.)- which it often used by the few people in the office who bike to work.
I say if you cant beat em join em!
