Second Video Attempt (Vodka Martini)
The first attempt had some sound issues, apparently Sony Prosumer camera's all make a distinct hissing sound during recording, so this one I had to use my podcast recording setup to get the audio clear. Not very impressed by the sound quality of the Sony as I spent hours trying to remove the damn hissing... no mic even plugged in and the stupid thing hisses, even with all volumes set to the lowest db value.

Dude, I'm saving good recipes and episodes for after getting through all the technical barriers. I don't want to ruin the good stuff on newbie mistakes.
lol, yes, I know. I know. The entire drinking podcast will be out tomorrow, everyone can hear you make fun of me for it :)
Nice job.\r

I'm not a big drinker, but I do like really good Whiskey Sours. It has to be made with Jack Daniel's tho...lol\r

I had a Whiskey Sour once that was wonderful. I've tried to replicate it with no success. I tried to get the place to tell me what they used to make it, but no luck. The most I got out of them was...\" they don't use any mixes\" If you could show how to make a really good, fresh Whiskey Sour... that would be great. \r
I may be able to do that if I can get one of my associates to help out.\r

Reason? \r

Bad bad whiskey experience, I can't touch the stuff :-)
It looks great, but I am just going to toss a couple of constructive criticisms your way. Get rid of the rough cuts, the abrupt transitions are distracting.\r

If you make a mistake, jumble up a word, have to look up something, etc., don't be afraid to shoot that portion over. It will look much more professional.\r
\r
Lastly, a second camera for closeups on the pours, bottles, labels, etc. would break up the single camera monotony. \r

Overall, very good job.
