Playing With The Younger Generation

Not what you think.  Last night was clan night for 2old2shoot.  I have a guy on my friends list that saw me on and popped in the room.  He didn't know I was already playing with a group.  After the game, one of the guys in the clan asked if he was in 2old2play.  At that point I had to explain that my friend was only 14.  I met this kid playing Gears and he is a regular when I am playing with my Gears buddies.  He is not your typical 14 year old.  He normally doesn't speak.  Very polite.  A joy to play with.  He played a match or two against us and then switched over to Gears.  It just got me to thinking, not all Timmies are bad.  Does anybody else on here play with a younger person that isn't a pain in the butt?
