One Big Day

We have been trying to sell our house for 2 months. Untill today we hadn't had a showing...not....one... Then we got the call  that someone was interested in seeing it at 1:00 pm, by 3 we had a bid for our asking price! The problem... They want us out in 30 days... and we haven't found a house WE want to buy. After agreeing to the sale terms, we had time to go out with our agent and see one house, ONE HOUSE! It has a huge yard, semi finished basement, hardwood floors, brick exterior, 1.5 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, big kitchen, bay window, unincorporated neighborhood, attached 2 car garage with workshop, for $20,000.00 LESS than then next best place we had seen. No jacuzzi tub in the bathroom and no fireplace, but I think I'll live.

I'm gonna go pour myself a drink, put my feet up, and play some Halo.
