We Indonesians have a red-chilli-pepper pasta we call Sambal Oelek. It's actually nothing more than grinded peppers, mixed with vegetable oil to make it a paste.\r \r Unlike the Thai, who'se kitchen is more sweet than sour, the Indonesian kitchen is much more centered around hot-spicey food. We plaster almost any food with Sambal Oelek. XD

I keep a bottle at all times. I like to mix it with mayo for sandwiches and for dipping my fries. But I'll put it on pretty much anything. I often ask my wife if she wants any \"hot cock sauce\" It's getting pretty old to her. But I still get a giggle every time.\r \r BTW, Indonesian food is also the shit. Thanks Cat, I never knew the name of that sauce. I've never been able to eat Indonesian food without blowing my nose 20 times.

Buckeye -- it's not a sauce, but a paste. It's quite easy to make yourself. Just get a bunch red chilli-peppers and remove the crown. Chuck them in a food-processor and grind them, adding just enough vegetable oil to arrive at a sleek mass (not runny!). Add salt according to taste.\r Be careful though, Sambal Oelek created this way spoils fast, it's better to make a little Sambal Oelek for each dinner than try to fill a jar to last 3 weeks.\r \r I'll write out a recipe for Empal Pedis for you. It's a beef-dish for the advanced indonesian kitchen fan XD

That was one of the most hilarious things I've ever seen! I was seriously laughing, starting with the 2nd one.\r \r And that's true... What the fuck is up with old guys in locker rooms? When I change, I do it quick and get my business done. But old guys wander around naked, taking a shower, shaving, washing their hands. What the hell? \r \r I wonder if ladies experience the same thing in the women's locker room? I doubt it. Gramps just likes to show his stuff I guess, no matter how hairy and gross it is!
