I could not live without it. I recently had another semi annual physical. The doctor suggested I might CONSIDER cutting back to one cup a day from my 2. I mentioned that I no longer do any of the drugs that were so popular in the 70's & 80's. And that it is the only thing from Columbia that I do ingest and as long as all other vitals are excellent it is part of my daily ritual.
