Movies Coming in 2009
WTF? Honestly? I look at some of these and just wonder... where's the original work?
The Pink Panther 2 - (Feb.) - Never saw the first one. Don't want to see this one.
Friday the 13th - (Feb. 13th) - The 12th movie of this series. Nope
Red Sonja - (TBA) - Rose McGowan? Sigh.
Night at the Museum 2: Battle of the Smithsonian - (May) - The first one wasn't bad. Good kid's movie.
Fast & Furious - (June) - The 4th movie of the franchise, but it takes place before the 3rd. Got that? Vin Diesel and Paul Walker both return. Maybe.
Spy Hunter - (TBA) - Could be good. Could be horrible. The Rock stars.
Underworld: Rise of the Lycans - (Jan.) - No more Kate Beckinsale. Rhona Mitra takes over. I'll wait for video.
G.I. Joe: Rise of Cobra - (Aug.) - The title screams "There will be sequels". All-Star cast. We'll see.
The Birds - (TBA) - Remaking Hitchcock can be hit or miss.
S. Darko - (TBA) - The sequel to Donnie Darko
Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs - (July) - In my Top 5 to see this year.
Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen - (June) - Wow, a sequel already? That was fast.
Terminator Salvation - (June) - Christian Bale. This could be huge if they have done it right.
X-Men Origins: Wolverine - (May) - Another one in my Top 5.
Watchmen - (March) - In my Top 10.
Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince - (July) - In my Top 10.
Sequels, sequels, and more sequels.... *sigh*
