I've found that Excedrin Extra Strength works well (not Excedrin Migraine). Taking a couple and quickly drinking a coke usually does the trick for me.

Try some Midol. It may be menstrual.

I'm sorry Baine I know how painfull those can be. I was on a medication for a while called Topomax and it worked great, just cost a lot if you don't have insurance.
