Livin' the dream

I just had one of those "life is good" moments that I wanted to share.

I'm sitting in my living room, on my epic couch, with a beer next to me and a homemade burger in my belly. I'm watching a Stanley Cup hockey game on my legendary T.V.. I've got my netbook on my lap so I can research the developer of a game that I'll be reviewing shortly (something I've always wanted to do.) With any luck, I'll be interviewing that developer soon afterwards. My wife periodically comes downstairs to give me a kiss and let me know how her DVD burning is coming. On top of all that. I've got a birthday in 3 days, a personal invitation to a pub owner's personal scotch bar on Friday, and a Final Fantasy XIV Online Beta invitation in my inbox.

I think I'm going to buy a lottery tickey tomorrow because, man, it doesn't get much better than this.
