*sigh*


Had to change the age on my account this week. (side note: can't this just be a calculation based on your d.o.b?) I'm officially middle aged. I'm definitely not where I thought I'd be 5 or 10 or 15 years ago. Not that I'm in a bad place mind you, just a different place. I don't have the cool mid life crisis car - i'm still a couple years away from that. I do have a beautiful wife and a pretty decent job. And of course a pretty good clan.


Just taking stock of life and where I am and what is next... it is exciting and yet I still reflect that it is not where I thought I'd be.

Happy Birthday.\r We might not be were we thought we would be, but if it's not a bad place it's all good and not too late to make it better :)

Happy Birthday. Not being where you wanted to be 10 years ago is good. It keeps us motivated. Plus what we wanted then isnt typical of what we want now. Personally, I don't even want to be where I saw myself 10 years ago. I feel that once I achieve everything I want in life, the only thing left is death.
