Issue #6 late as usual

Folks,

The next issue of 2o2p magazine will probably be delayed until mid-month (I'll be getting topic ideas out to the writers soon for #7). I take a good deal of responsiblity for this issue's delays. Some may know, my wife is starting up an online game retail store, and I've spent the better part of this month building the website and working some of the company inventory details. Luke, one of the magazine designers, has been helping me with the graphic design work and we've been hard at work trying to make this all work. For those web designers you know the "fun" in trying to get a design to work well in Internet Explorer, FireFox, Opera, and Safari. It's not pretty.

So, because of this, I've been trying to multi-task the two projects along with work and real-life. I'm missing some content for the issue from some people but I'm cutting them loose :) If you didn't submit your article and you were assigned to, I can stuff it in next issue without a problem.

The issue will be ready, but I want it to go out with quality. That means my editors are just now getting the texts for review. If your a 2o2p editor and you have an article consider, try to get it to me as soon as you can so that I can finalize the issue.

The next issue, hopefully, will have some of the writer's contest articles in it.

Have a MadHappy Monday.

ooo. whats the address of the game store gonna be? If the deals are good you have a definite customer.

I'll reveal the site when the inventory is populated (and in stock). At the moment we have zero stock, we just got the tax-id this weekend so we're going to be contacting distributors this week.\r \r Don't worry, we'll get you games cheaper than the store, because that's the only way we'll get sales ;-) We hope to supply 2old2play with great deals which includes trade-in offers for store credits to buy new games.\r \r CodeMonkey

Whata ya' mean, real life interfering with virtual life. That's terrible! (j/k)\r \r Good luck with the start up. Maybe it will really work well and you can retire from your day job and devote ALL your time to 2o2p!
