Ok guys, I just realized that I hate hashbrowns that are mixed with peppers and onions and come to the table looking like wet chunks of sheet rock.  So I ask the question.

bah, skip the taters give me scrapple.\r but if I have to chose...\r Red skinned potatoes, cubed and roasted, nice and crispy outside, soft hot inside.
