Halo 2 - a dying breed...

Man, do I miss the glory days of Halo 2.  Yeah, Im talking pre-360 - when everyone flocked to H2 like democrats to an anti-war rally.  Good times.

Now days, I find myself compromising my room selection just to play with non-Timmies, but even some of the post 25-year barrier are lacking in the maturity column.  *sigh*  I miss everyone.  Oblivion is fun - I own it too, but I just miss the times of multiple full rooms of the "cool folk".. oh, and Rashanni too.

I also miss clans - what a missed opportunity for other games!  Halo 2 hit it out of the park with the clan idea.  I also seriously miss a damn effective voice mail system.  My 360 cant send a Halo 2 message worth crap.  *sigh*

I hear ya Taita, I may be over 25, but Im definitely lacking in the maturity level! Oh yeah, and your messages are all garbled, you sound like Smoke, "Blarg, Garg, bonk, glapgrrrr..."

I actually have found that games are easy to get into. I dont know if its just our clan, but many of them split their time will between halo and 360 games. Ill admit some are consumed by oblivion right now, but a game like that has very little replay value.

I agree with doodi... I still see so many guys from our clan in Halo 2. I myself, coming from a streak of playing Halo 2 six nights or more a week from its release until this past November when the 360 came out, Ive probably only played twice since then. Im all hung up on the next gen thing... Sure, lots of people are playing Shitblivian now, but theyll get tired of that dog soon, and Im sure your rooms will fill back up...D
