Got the house!

So we signed the contract yestarday on the new house. ;; We are so excited. ;; This is our first house and we can not wait. ;; The down side is we will actually have to start paying for where we live. (Property manangers dont pay rent.) ;; The good this are huge back yard for the dogs and plenty of room for a hot tub! ;; I wonder if we can angle it so I can see the TV (need to be able to game at the same time ;; : )

We are set to close on the 7th of July or before. ;; We are waiting on the paperwork to sign today. ;; When we do get move we will have to throw a Halo2 house warming party. ;; (Much drink will occur...This I know! ) ;; It is still back to the same question though, who should get the larger game room? ;; I think I should, but Gunz thinks he should. ;; I cant wait though. ;; If I have to get the smaller room, I will just make him get me a flat screen 42" so it wont be too bad! : )

I will keep everyone updated on the status. ;; Sorry we did not make it on last night.   We looking at stuff we are going to need for the house.
