I finally got around to taking some pics of my guitar transformation. This is just the first step but I thought some of you might be interested. The one of the guts is pretty interesting. The color of blue is a little off, trust me it looks better in person!

Look'in good. Did you sand it first or prime/paint or just paint over it straight up? I'm not looking to do this kind of thing for GH, but I do want to do it on my Treo phone. It's getting on in years and is showing quite a few signs of wear on the finish. So i'm thinking about sanding it down and giving it a coat of glossy back and chrome and then a clear coat finish.

The Fusion spraypaint requires that you wipe the plastic down with mineral spirits(paint thinner) first. No sanding needed. If you read my previous post you will see that it takes 7 days to fully cure to be chip resistant.
