First Day of School

It is that time of year again.  First day of school.  My wife loaded up the kids today.  Took one to her mom and dad's.  He turns 5 at the end of the month and he could have started kindergarten this year but we are holding him back.  Everybody says that it is the smart thing to do.  The oldest goes to 1st grade.  She teaches 6-8 grade science and I teach high school marketing.  I even gave out my first grade of the school year.  Check out Mike James comments to see what he got on his test.View Image

I am ready for my step-daughter to go back to school. It gets her active an out of the house, but my littlest daughter that is about to be 3 always ask to go to school and wears her backpack around the house.

You put tears in my eyes! My little girls first day is next Wednesday. Although she is ready, I am not! I too, fear her little brother may have a tough time of it when she leaves because he is quite attached to her. \r \r P.S. Your little girl is beautiful! All that gorgeous red hair!

Been there once, have two more to go. It's tough, but it makes it a little easier when they are so eager and confident. Time flies...

Mine starts preschool next month, and i think i'm getting more emotional than wifey. lol.

I'll be cleaning my guns when the boys come knocking. If they take an interest in the guns, they are ok. If they take an interest in my daughter, they better run faster than me. :-)
