feeling like I'm getting scammed.

Ok, I’m starting to question the validity of the awards that this computer shop has received and question the faith I have in their abilities.

I called them for an update on my laptop, the one that 2 days ago was working, but had a few white lines through the screen so they wanted to make sure it wasn’t from anything they did….. when I asked what was wrong the guy picked up the note that was on it from the tech and it read the following

Bad video card, motherboard, ram, hard drive, power supply, processor, and screen.

I’m sure as heck hoping he read that wrong. Unless that building was struck by lightning, and they weren’t wearing the anti-static wrist bands, that just isn’t possible. he mentioned that it may have been a failing videocard that could have caused all the problems to start with, but I've never heard of a video card taking out a hard drive let alone a powersupply!

oh well, if they messed this thing up that bad, I'm going to make them get me a new one.
