Fat Wars, Episode 4, Return of the Spare Tire

Since I appear to have gained almost 30lbs since Thanksgiving, I thought I’d post another invitation to 2old4Twinkies. This weight loss and fitness focused clan has been quiet for a while, but since the holidays are almost over, it is time to start thinking about those New Year’s Resolutions.

For my focus in this New Year, I intend to lose at least 50lbs, I plan to use the Kinect on a regular basis in an attempt to meet that goal (and thus claim that I got in shape by playing videogames). I also have my standard 3 resolutions, make more money, not go any balder than I currently am(fat chance on this one), and move to a small Caribbean country, over throw its government and install myself as president for life so I can turn it into the most awesome party island this world has ever seen. On a bright note, this last resolution is much more likely than me keeping any of my remaining hair.

However, first priority is weight loss since it will be much more difficult to take over a Caribbean country if I don’t have at least semi-beach ready abs.

So, let’s get this forum hopping once more, and start talking weight loss plans, fitness tips, and top scores on whatever Kinect fitness related games you are into.

count me out, as Muslim I take great care with my food-intake and I don't drink alcohol, coupled with a 20 year stint in the military the only thing that's working against me is old-age.\r \r And there's no kinect game that battles getting older with each passing day XD

@Cryptic, as a typical American, I have on more than one occasion eaten more than a pound of bacon in a single sitting....so it is safe to say I have not been careful with my food intake.

@Cryptic, deal. now all we need is a small private army, CIA backing, and to find a small Caribbean island that is not backed by a superpower, but still has decent beaches.
