Early Wake Up Call

About 5:45 this morning, my stupid ass dog starts barking in the basement.  I have a black lab that I bring in at night and sleeps in a crate in the basement.  Now its not unusual for him to bark in the morning but through the summer, he usually doesnt start barking until 8:30ish.  I figure he will settle down so I sleep on.  Then I hear this tapping noise.  Now since school has been out, I have been sleeping until 8-9 every morning and at 6 in the morning, I am not functioning that well.  Finally the wife rolls over and says, that somebody is outside.  So I throw on some clothes and head out to see what is up.  As I opened the door, it finally hit me what was going on.  The guys were here to do the driveway.  They were framing it in to pour the concrete.  Now I guess if I was working in the hot sun, I would get up early and try to beat the heat but I don't.  It is now a little after 7:00 and the concrete truck just pulled up.  Damn these guys are fast.
