Diary Of A Daddy Day 2
Hello again from a not so tired daddy.

I'm not going to babble on too much today as not much has happened and I am writing this now before I get a few hours sleep and get myself back on the night shift.
I couldn't believe how well he slept last night. The perfect baby. He slept through 7 hours without a feed and woke at 6am as I was going to get a few hours sleep. He has been waking up every 4 - 6 hours to feed get changed etc and that is it. I am still waiting for the tide to turn and for him to give us crap every hour or so but I have my fingers crossed.
The health visitor turned up this morning to check him over briefly and everything is fine and dandy. A few friends came round to see him for the first time which was cool and we both seem really refreshed from good rest because he is such a good boy.
As I said before I am up for the night shift again tonight. The Raiders are at Seattle on Monday night football so again I am a happy boy. The Raiders are my team and I know they will probably get their ass kicked tonight but you have to roll with the punches and take the good with the bad. The Colts beating the Pats by a touchdown was not what I was expecting and Brady choking under pressure was not cool. Great game though and I suspect both these teams will met in the AFC championship final where Manning will probably fall apart yet again.
Finally, I have found out why my son is sleeping so well. Marathon Halo 2 sessions while we are asleep cannot be good for a 2 day old boy:-
