So if any of you have a GM car, you most likly received a letter in the mail talking about the stability of the company along with teh Owner Appreciation Discount letter. So it says if you have a GM car, you can get 1000 to 2500 off a new GM car.


When I saw this I was SWEET!! I have been talking my wife into letting me get a 2010 Camaro. I was siked that this might actually help my case. But guess what, the only freaking car I can not use it on is the Camaro. BASTARDS!!!!


So now back to the drawing board looking for any discount I can get so see if I can buy my dream car. I have always wanted a camaro. When I was little this guy across the street had a "69 camaro. Man I loved that thing. Ever since then I have been waiting to get one. I have been following the "10 model since they announced it. Now I just need to find one at the right price.

I wonder why it's not valid on the camaro? Because it's the one car they expect they'll still be able to sell?

If i had to guess, it is because they can sell the car right now without any discounts. \r \r My plan is to wait 6-8 months until they start to sit on the lots and then get some deal on one.

Oh yeah... Camaro is sweet. \r \r I got that same letter in the mail. I have a 2007 Monte Carlo SS. My car is too new to trade in (even with that faux check they gave us).\r \r Anyways, I went to the dealership for a repair and checked out their collection (read two (2)) of new Camaros. Very sweet ride, such a nice profile, and the interior is slick as hell.\r \r I think part of the reason why they are doing so bad is the fact that people don't buy cars for those reasons as often anymore. Most of the market who would/should buy those cars are now either dorks or metro-sexual little bitches who want a foreign hybrid with 80 MPG.\r \r Oh well... I've got a sweet ride with racing stripes that burns those punks off the line - suck it Hyundai.
