So I have just recently broke up with my girlfriend of 8 years. I am sure some people are thinking "how after 8 years could you break up?" Well I am going to tell you. The main reasons for the break up were her inability to tell the truth and her not keeping her part of the bills paid. Let's start with the lies. She would often tell people that we were married. Being married is not a bad thing I have done that before. It is only a bad thing when it is not true. If I hear you saying that we are married and I correct you in front of the person or wait until we are alone you shouldn't get mad at me for setting you straight. She told someone that we got married but it was unofficial because she didn't sign the paper and turn them back in after we had gotten married. Anyone who as been married before knows that those "papers" are signed before you get married. She told my daughter that we had went to get married at some chapel, but she didn't want to do it because my daughter wasn't there. She told someone that she thought she was pregnant and the baby was mine. Which would be a bad thing except for the fact that I can not have kids any more. I wonder how I could have gotten her pregnant and yes she did know that I couldn't have kids anymore. Now I find out that she is going around telling people that we broke up right before we were to get married and the ring I gave her (which I never did) got tossed in the garbage disposal. She also gets visitation with my daughter because she was with me for 8 years.

Thanks, it will be alittle hard in the beginning but we will come out of it ok.

oh man... I love \"As the crazy chick turns\"\r \r When you mentioned she thought you two were married, I assumed she thought common law marriage (i.e you live together over 2 years or whatever) But she would claim that you were church married?? nutso.\r \r She didn't pay bills... tell me she didn't bring down your credit....

She had started to bring it down then I had to get that fixed really quick. In TN there is no common law. I am sure there will be more stories to come I am sure. She has just moved out and I have found out about the new story she was telling. All I have to do is give it more time and she will tell some new story.
