Big loss to hockey

Yesterday the hockey world lost a gentle giant in Derek Boogaard of the NY Rangers and formerly of the MN Wild.  On the ice Derek was a force to be reckoned with, an enforcer of the highest power.  Off the ice he was  a gentle caring individual that always had time to talk to a fan even a head case like me.  He will be greatly missed and the world is a better place because he was here.

I wonder if it was related to his concussion

They don't know but his parents donated his brain to science to find out if it was the concussions.
