Bad luck part 2

As i sit here typing this i am on the phone with Micro$oft. And from what they are telling me my old gamertag does not exist anymore so they cant or wont help me. Even though i have given them all the info they need to get my account back or at least my dlc that i have paid for over the past few years that adds up to a few thousand dollars. You would think that a company that big would havr safegauds to keep our accounts safe from hackers. But they dont so now i am sitting here on hold with Micro$oft. Talk about kicking the little man in the teeth. man this whole thing is wrong. I think i may have to find me a lawyer to file a class action lawsuit on behalf of all the gamers they have wronged.
