Bad luck and then some.

Well let me start by saying hello to all my fellow gamers out there!!!!! It all started back in October when some lowlife broke into my house and stole my 15,000 dollar computer and my Xbox 360 and all my games. They even went as far as taking my sons xbox and all his games. So now i hade to start over and buy me a new 360 and start my game collection back up. Every thing was fine because even though i had my system stolen i recovered my gamertag on a friends 360 so when i got a new one all i had to do was recover it from his system. Well i did that and evrything was fine except i had lost all my memory but not my achievements they were still there as well as my gamerscore of well over 26k. Then it happened i came home from work and turned on my xbox and got a message saying that my gamertag had been recovered by another console. I was relly taken by suprise to discover that my gamertag had been stolen.I am very careful about my gamertag and my password so i dont know how they got it. So i called Micro$oft and told them what happened. Now keep in mind that all this happened bak in Nov. after i had a new system. It is now Feb 7 and as of today still have no response from micro$oft. I have called them several times about this and all i get is that my case has been escalated and is being investigated. I dont think it should take this long being the fact that i recived an e-mail from xbox with a gamertag that was not mine. So out of sheer curiousity i added that gamertag to my friends list and guess what????? It was my gamertag with my games that i bought from the arcade i had 136 arcade games at that time. I went to file a complaint and it changed from his gamertag to mine. So i called Micro$oft and told them what i found and you know what?????? Nothing not a damned thing has happened since i gave them that info. I am trying to remain a faithful customer but i think they are pushing me to a PS3. Somebody please help!!!!!!!!!!!!
