Good luck with that. Anything to do with the nut area is a tough issue. Two weeks ago, I saw a woman harassed by a bad boyfriend. So, being a nice guy, I went to break it up. The arse and I mixed it up and he got a lucky kick in the nuts on me. After I chased him away, I escorted the girl to a store with lots of people and seen to that she called for a ride, all while hiding the look of pain. For the next two days, I woke up with blood spotting my boxers in the morning. All better now, but the price for doing the decent thing.
