You've probably seen these pics, but if not, here is Ray Park and Rachel Nichols as Snake Eyes and Scarlet in the upcoming G.I. Joe movie.

You'll remember Ray Park as the stunt man turned action star who made SW Phantom Menace worth watching as he embodied the only exciting character in the film, Darth Maul. Park followed up with the role of Toad in X-Men. Watch out people he's got a Katana. I don't know, this Snake Eyes character looks more like a foe for Wesley Snipe's Blade. We'll see how it plays.

Rachel Nichols is a hottie who first got our attention in the remake of Amityville Horror alongside Ryan "the tool" Reynolds. MTV hooked her up with an award for that jazz. Nice. Since then she's had a few more horror roles but mostly the softcore mags have kept her in public view. I think she'll make a great Scarlet.

I actually got to meet Ray Parks at Dragon*Con a year or two ago. Really nice guy and easy to talk to. I asked him if he was gonna continue competing in martial arts tournaments and his eyes lit up. I guess no one else talked to him about anything other than Darth Maul....cuz about an hour or so later his agent called him back to the autographing booth. \r \r \r \r

also - a little bit of useless movie trivia about Ray Park. He also was the headless horseman in Tim Burtons Sleepy Hollow. (Chris Walken played the horseman, but Ray Park did all the fighting sequences and actual headless parts).

wait... are all the Joes going to be in black body suits? Part of being a GI Joe was having widely different outfits.\r \r But, I guess all black worked out well for the X-Men movies...
