4 of July food!!
So we are going over to a buddy's house tomorrow for a BBQ. And we are making Bacon Wrapped Hot Dogs with cheese.
Basically you split a hot dog about 2/3 the way through long ways, put in your favorite shredded cheese (in our case that would be Pepper jack and or Uber Sharp Cheddar, then wrap that bad boy in bacon and slow grill until the bacon is crisp...
MMMMMMM...someone call the cardiologist!!
So what foods are you all having? Anything unique?

Goddamn! That's quite possibly the most amazing thing I've ever seen...ever. The discovery of a bacon wrapped dog must of been like the monkey touching the monolith moment. A stroke of genius.

outside of that, the wife, daughter and i are having shrimp, steak, baked taters (on the grill), chicken and champagne (mixed with generous shots of bourbon and wine throughout the day - but NOT the daughter thank u very much) to celebrate the 4th of July and our move up to Richmond.....\r
