This is a bit of an elaboration of my last blog post.

We all remember the days before cable. We had the major networks (ABC, NBC, CBS, and FOX was still a lightweight), public television, and then the other UHF channels. Not a lot of choices, but then again, not a lot of shows. But there was variety on each of the channels. A little bit news, a little comedy, a little sports, etc (you get the idea).

ESPN is supposed to be sports entertainment, right? Okay, then explain ;;to me after I was watching the world cup, that they were showing DOMINOES?!?!

Ever since Ive been home, my head has been feeling funky. Im not sure if I should get it looked at or not. Ive had a lightheaded, not quite headache feeling for a few days. Im thinking I just need one really good night of sleep, which I havent really had since I got home from the short vacation.

I have returned from my vacation to Cedar Point.

It was about an 8 hour trip. We got there at 4 pm Monday. We had a few issues with the hotel room at first. The first room they gave us wasnt ready. The sheets were on the floor, trash everywhere, bathroom- UGH (who leaves their poo in the porcelain god before they leave? )- whole room smelled pretty bad. We got another room, which was MUCH better. There were a bunch of Timmies on our floor, but they werent too bad, except one of them thought I was their teacher- was pretty funny.

About time.... I know.

A lot has happened since last time. Had a few concerts. They all went pretty well. Some better than others. Im about to start going on my next performing project, playing in summer musical "Kiss Me Kate". Theres some real nice brass stuff- jazzy, and high notes! :)

Its been long enough! Finally an update!

Ive been extremely busy lately. Ive been playing my instrument for about 5 days a week with night rehearsals. For those that dont know I play the trumpet. Ive been playing for about 15 years. I was in the pit orchestra for "A Chorus Line", which took up most of the time. Its finally over. This weekend, Ive got a paying gig for Easter Sunday. Im playing at a church, and then doing another service at Virginia Tech. I get to play my piccolo trumpet, something I dont get to do too much.
