New Releases: Week of May 29, 2016
Last weekend Victoria Day kicked off summer for the Canadians eh? Well this weekend is Memorial Day in the US where we get our long weekend and mark the official start of summer. Here’s the first set of summer titles dropping this week.
Dead Island Definitive Edition

The existing Dead Island games are getting bundled together with some graphical updates for PS4, XBone and PC this week. The bundle includes the original game, Riptide, and the 16 bit Retro Revenge 2D brawler.

Fans of the One Piece Japanese manga series are getting this fighting game on consoles this week with PC to follow soon. This will be the first One Piece game available for XBone.

In TurnOn you play as an alien electrical spark who becomes sentient after a crash landing that knocks out the power in a city. This game is a puzzle platformer where you play through levels to restore power to the city and help out the citizens with their troubles. It has both traditional puzzle platform levels as well as some rhythm game aspects.

Dangerous Golf

EA’s Zany Golf stole many hours of my childhood so great to see a new mini golf game coming out this week. In Dangerous Golf your goal is to cause as much destruction as possible on on your way to sinking each of the 100 holes. It has both local and online multi-player and looks like a lot of fun!
