This political city builder comes from the land of....whatever comes from Finland. I don’t know what comes from Finland. Probably tall chicks and pickled meat or something. Anyway, this PC game tasks the player with managing a European city from the early 1800s up until today through political manipulation and city management. I think you know how this works by now.
