Yay for front brake lockups!

So I was out riding my bike because I was frustrated and needed to clear my head. While going down a hill I was back braking to slow down and make a turn in the sidewalk. I went to tap my front brakes and they lock up on me. I take a nice tumble and now my shoulder and knee are banged up pretty bad, but still usable. The knee was badly scraped and now I have a maxi-pad on it to absorb the blood ( I know you're snickering). I had my friend pick me up after realizing I was ok and so was my bike. On the way home I asked him to stop by and let me pick up some injury beers (Rahr & Sons)
