Yankees Are 2009 World Champions!
Couldn't be happier! It's been a long stretch since 2000, but we slowly built back to what is needed to take it all the way to and through the postseason. I tip the hat to the Phillies for a hard fought series and making it one of the better sets of games in recent history.
Now...how am I going to convince the boss to let me use a sick day to see the parade on Friday?

As a Mets fan I hate the Philles. And As a Mets fan I hate the Yankees. But I'm married to a Yankee fan so I guess this is better for me.
