WTF!?!?!?! Microsoft!!!!

I am sure you have all read many blogs that bash on one cosole or another so I will keep this short and sweet. I hope. However, I enjoy playing on XBOX Live with my pals as much as anyone. i think that it is an excellent service for connecting all of us together as gamers. My problem is with the fact that the Xbox 360 has been out for almost two years now and we are still experiencing the same problems with freezing, unreadable discs, etc. Why is this still happening and why do we accept it as gamers and consumers. This should not be acceptable. I commonly hear the frase "Shit my disc just went unreadable" while playing on Xbox Live. Most people talk about it as though it is just par for the course which is true. It happens all the time. I sell game systems for a living and I see more Xbox 360s returned for problems than any other system. Why is this okay with us? This is a $400.00 peice of machinery and we should not accept the fact that they are constantly malfunctioning, breaking down, and failing. I don't have the answerrs for dealing with this problem, I just think that when you purchase an Xbox in feb. it should last longer than june. Thanks for listening to me rant.
