Work ruins quiet day, film at 11

The lady is gone for the whole day on a scout camping trip.  So much I can do:

small household chores

get my oil changed

get that tire looked at

Pressure wash the back stone deck

Sweep the back porch

get the car washed, or maybe wash it myself

Sign the dog up for his next training classes

install a second gtx-285 and sli that bitch up!

watch college football

install another 6GB of RAM on my desktop

upgrade my main laptop to 8gb of RAM

get a second monitor

Alas, I have work to do, and am on a conference call as I type.  I wonder what I'll actually be able to accomplish from my list given this unforunate circumstance.
