Woot for Friday and the community play date!
Hello all,
Man, has anyone else's work week been a complete mess?
Now that Friday is upon us and most can look forward to some well deserved "me time", I'm ready to hop online and frag some Timmies w/ the 2O2P set. I currently have a stout set of new additions to my friend's list and last night we came together in the form of Awesomeness to bring the pain in the Noble Map Pack Playlist.
The most memorable moment for me had to be the last minute victory we pulled out in CTF on Tempest where most of the game had been a tedious stalemate. We had worked had to get the flag to our side of the center gulch and the waypoint was blinking as the flag sat untouched under the cover of the other team's sniper. I got a touch at the last second before it reset received a bullet sammich as my reward. Luckily, my respawn was favorable and made another go at it. With some nimble ninja-esque jumping, I was able to grab the flag and retreat to a bubble sheild that paved my way to the cap. It was a rush, I felt like the hero and all was good and right in the world.
That's enough ego strokage for now. I look forward to joining everyone this eveing. After that, I should be on sporadically over th rest of the weeknd. So again, hit me up, I'm a decent player, and I will not quit or betray you--not on purpose anyway.
