Wii!!!!

Today is the day. I get my 360 finally after work today!!!

My and a co-worker were in Microcenter today, and they still had plenty of 360s in stock. I just got off the phone and got permission from the wife to go ahead and purchase mine since the $100 rebate ends this weekend.

We also got to try out the Nintendo Wii. Holy shit. That was frigging fun. We tried golf, baseball, tennis, bowling, etc... it was very entertaining. The wife and I are discussing purchasing one so that we can game with my daughter. After trying it out, I beleive we will. I just won't be until after the new year most likely.

EDIT: Suckage.... just talked to the guy I rear-ended the other day. Damages to his vehicle are going to run about $1400. I was hoping it wouldn't be so bad since it was mainly just his bumper that got damaged, but they have to replace the entire bumper.

If the damages had been less, like around $500-$750, I would have paid for the repairs myself and avoided an insurance claim, but we can't swing $1400 at this time.

Oh well, at least I can get my 360. If I had had to pay for the new bumper, I probably wouldn't have gone ahead and gotten one. So, there's the bad, and the good!
