Good luck! After 64 years, I still don't know who I am, what I want to be when I grow up, and where I want to be in the future. Guess I've come to accept the fact that I am who I am and I'm fairly happy with who that is.\r

I'm 41 and I'm not dead set on planning my next 20 years because that will change, no doubt. When you wrote \"what do I see as my strengths, what do I ENJOY?\" You're talking about making a major part of you life, satisfaction with career and choices, become less stressful and more productive. That's a good goal.\r

Questioning yourself about these things can point out to you that you're questioning how things are now. Realizing why you even wonder about these things is a very personal revalation.\r

I ask myself the same things. All I can say about my situation is that I am not in my ideal career path. The hard part will be doing something about it, so I wish you the best.
Doorgunner, funny thing is I am fairly happy with WHO I am at this this time, it's more of what I want/need to do that I ask. I think there is always a give/take about what you can control in life and what you can't. Sometimes your stuck with situations that are not ideal, and then you got to choose your reaction to that. But some things just ain't going to happen unless you go out there and go for it...and thats what I want to do right now, I want to go for some things.
