An update for you few who give a flying crap:

The Phoenix trip was one day, ten hours in a car with four hour break to work.  The upside was that I had Friday off.

The ex is taking the boy to Sacramento to her brother's house, who is a cool uncle by all accounts.  On a side note, he's the only child of my ex-mother-in-law's who does not required heavy doses of behavior modification medication, so hopefully the boy will have a Merry Christmas.

I leave Wednesday for Denver and will not see my son again until Dec. 27th.  That makes me a little sad, but if the ex answers her cell phone, I will not be forced to make a six hour drive to curb stomp her.  Christmas with the boy is always a very happy time for me, so I'll just have to look forward to next year when he's with us.

I get to go snowboarding in Denver, and we always have a great time in that town.  Those of you who live in CO are blessed.

Tomorrow I have to go see a customer who is pretty high maintenance, but they keep offering me a job.  Mixed blessing, I guess.

On Christmas Eve, we are throwing a party for everybody.  If you are close and would like to have some good gumbo and a great time, shoot me a PM and I'll give you directions.  Scratch cornbread from my Texas gal's skillet is the reason for the season, baby!!!!!    View ImageView Image
