What I am Working On!

I have one review and something a bit different on the way soon. The review will be of the new Shooter HOMEFRONT, which came out last week.  So far I must say I love this game! However I am putting the review on hold while they work out the birthing pangs in this game.  There are a number of issues, with one of the primaries being trouble connecting with a group. Hanging on to see what is up with that. 


 


Also I am making a post about parenting and the XBOX, and it isn't what you may be thinking. See, I am fairly disabled, and unable to do things like throw a ball with my 7 year old son. So instead we bond over video games. It should be an excellent rebuttal to the nutjobs who say video games are bad for kids.  Without them, I wouldn't have that bond with my sone that we both treasure!

So far I like the game ,some of the button set up is just cod but load outs for the different gun classes are pretty cool

I like the idea of posting on the topic of gaming and parent-child bonding. As a single parent, just about everything we do can be seen as quality time. Cooking, cleaning, shopping, and gaming we do together. Gaming together can be beneficial when weather or time of day limits other activities. Any time spent together can be beneficial, even gaming, as long as it isn't the only thing.
